A Family Business Built to Last

Wagler & Sons Construction was founded in 1970 by Henry Wagler as a way to provide for his family. What began as a small operation with five employees has grown into a thriving business employing more than 40 people. As the company continues to grow, it remains grounded in the same principles it was founded on: hard work, honesty and integrity.

A Legacy Carried Forward

Henry transferred Wagler & Sons to his sons—first Marv and later Dewayne, who leads the company today. Now, Dewayne’s sons are carrying the family tradition into a third generation.
